Esther 6:6
“So Haman came in, and the king said to him, “What shall be done to the man whom the king delights to honor? And Haman said to himself, ” Whom would the king delight to honor more than me?
Reflection: I call it the “Universe of One” syndrome. When someone can not imagine anyone being better at something than they are. It never occurred to Haman that the king might be thinking of someone else.
I like the idea of a book of memorable deeds.
prayer: May I never get too full of myself.
